I have seen talented, successful professionals put their reputation at risk as a result of not knowing themselves well enough. Some of these professionals created significant damage to their careers – up to and including losing their jobs.

This is always so disappointing for me to witness.  It’s critical for you to understand your potential derailers, what might cause them, and be aware so you never put your job or reputation at risk.
