Hi, I’m Carmie Saldana.
I spent the past few decades in sales, marketing, management, and most recently as a senior executive at Wells Fargo. Most recently, I was responsible for driving sales results for Wells Fargo’s Private Banking channel. I drove $365 MM in yearly revenue and oversaw 1,500+ advisors and leaders. I designed national sales strategies, delivered high-impact sales advisory curricula and created leadership and coaching development programs. I provided tools to assist leaders and advisors to achieve optimal effectiveness. This experience has honed my coaching knowledge and fostered a passion for creating effective leaders and successful professionals. Many with whom I worked have become my clients.
Despite all the millions in revenue and nationally known brands, what I really love to do is help people achieve the best version of themselves. I will teach you to shed your limitations and double down on your gifts.
